G and H Land

20 West Industrial Complex is located on Hwy. 20 in
the Trinity City limits and in the very heart of our industrial base in

six prime acres for development on Hwy. 20 West, located in the Trinity Alabama
city limits. This property is zoned for Commercial and Industrial development.
There is excellent ingress and egress not to mention quick availability to Hwy.
24, and Hwy. 67 Beltline. This land is located in the heart of Industry here in
the Decatur / Trinity area.
Decatur Utilities can provide electrical power in single
phase or three phase.
We are happy to build to suit and we would also be glad to
